Liverpool Film Scene // The New York Times

I explored the Liverpool film scene for The New York Times, with writer Eshe Nelson. Liverpool is the third most filmed city in Europe, the latest Batman was recently filmed there – the cityscape provided a backdrop for Gothem City. Reel Tours https://www.reeltours.co.uk showed us the sites around the city, which have been used for other films and TV productions. We also met Lynn Saunders, head of the Liverpool film office , who showed us the site for the new film studios.
